Emil Petro is a visual artist with strong scientific background that influences his artistic work. He is interested in multimedia arts, and often combines several different art techniques, developing own specific and unique artistic expression. In 2002 he established his own creative design and motion graphic studio "ARTERIA".

As motion graphic artist and animator, I took part in many creative and creative video campaigns for UNICEF, Dormeo, Acibadem Sistina, Comedy Theater, Macedonian National Theater and many others. Since 2013, he has been working as video/animation coach for the video and film workshops "We discover, we build, we are together" for high school students. He works in theater as set designer, photographer, visual artist and video artist.  In 2017 Emil Petro won award for best set design for play "Figurae Veneris Historiae" at Macedonian Theater Festival "Vojdan Chernodrinski" in Prilep.
